Ward was born in MonroeLouisianaon April 15,1976. She attended a private Christian primary school, called Monroe Christian School. Ward attended Ouachita high school in the parish to complete her secondary schooling. After that, she attended River Oaks High School the summer following her senior year. She was a student at Northeast Louisiana University briefly after graduation. Ward began modeling when she was thirteen. She left school to move in New York.
